The dream where I am everyone and no one...
... [enter in to a church]
[pews filled with unidentifiable faces]
Inner monologue: Nerves-stress-anxiety-fear
Mother: Are you ready?
me: Ready as I'll ever be.
Mother: alright, let's go.
[Wedding song plays]
[Mother and daughter begin walking down aisle]
[Mother and daughter reach groom and officiant standing on the pulpit]
[Mother lets daughter go and takes her seat]
Inner monologue: Here we go... wait, is that...me?
[bride approaches groom]
Groom: You look beautiful.
me: uhh.. Thanks.. you too. Wait, are you me?
Groom: uhm.. yes.
[Officiant steps between bride and groom (now noticed as a bride rather than groom)]
Officiant: I am also you.
me: What?!
[Bride looks around and to her shock discovers that she is in fact the bride, the other bride, and the officiant all at the same time]
Inner monologue: How, NO, this is not happening. I cannot be marrying myself while marrying myself. How is that possible?
Inner monologue: stress-panic-stress-panic-fear-fear-stress-panic
stress-panic-stress-panic
stress-panic
stress-panic-fear-fear
no
[Bride talking to other bride]
me: How is this possible?
Other me: don't question it, just marry me.
me: No. I don't know you. I mean you look like me, but are you really me?
[Bride gets closer to other bride- inspecting her face]
Other me: of course I am you. Take a good look.
[Two brides stare into each others eyes for an awkwardly long time]
[Officiant leans forwards and whispers]
Officiant me: Are you two ready to begin?
me: uhhhh....
Inner monologue: stress-panic-fear-fear
Other me: yes. begin.
[Officiant leans back, spreads arms wide]
Officiant me: We are gathered here today to join in marriage...
[A viewer watches from above]
ME: I love forcing me to confront myself in multiple ways. I get confused very easy.
[Chuckles while eating popcorn and watching the wedding proceed]
